When using a video consider

to have everything prepared: what objective you what to achieve, what you are going to watch, how long it takes, etc. Do not forget to consider three stages: Pre-viewing, Viewing, Post-viewing; use them and plan your class around them. If necessary, specify the resources or material you will need and the time for each activity.
